Kimberley Town Council

Welcome to Kimberley Town Council

This is our new website, launched in April 2021 to replace the previous Town Council website. It will be developed and enhanced further over the coming weeks and months.

Kimberley is situated 6 miles north-west of Nottingham, first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086. It prospered as a centre for the mining, brewing and hosiery industries during the 19th century.  It is now a lively community and home to a wide range of shops, local businesses, cafes and pubs.

The area covered by the Town Council includes Kimberley, Swingate and Babbington and its current population is around 6,500.
