On Friday we enjoyed an event at Kettlebrook Lodge which celebrated Nottinghamshire Scouts receiving The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award charitable organisations can achieve and the equivalent to a MBE. The Scout groups from across Beauvale gathered to receive certificates and pins. Here are the 2nd Kimberley Scout Group after being presented with their certificates from Town Council Leader Cllr Trevor Rood.
