I have driven through Kimberley twice today to drop off and collect my daughter from nursery, up past Sainsbury’s. Both times (8am & 1pm) the traffic lights were not working and no one was around doing any work to report it to. Absolute chaos, which is becoming the norm for the roads in Kimberley.
